Rebecca Osterlee, MEd, RP (Qualifying)

Hi there! I’m Rebecca (she/her) - registered psychotherapist (Qualifying). Drawing on my own lived experiences as a fellow ADHD-er, I strive to create a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to learn about their neurodivergent minds.

When working with ADHD minds, my approach is eclectic - I believe therapy is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ practice. To the best of my ability, I strive to tailor my approach to each client and their unique needs. My practice is influenced by the polyvagal theory, as well as third-wave cognitive therapies, notably Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). I aim to integrate the mind and body by helping you regulate your nervous system, feel more connected to yourself, and more confident in your ability to persevere through difficult circumstances.

In addition to ADHD, I am proficient in supporting individuals with executive functioning concerns, emotion regulation, relational difficulties, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, depression, social skills, habits and routines, transitions, sleep hygiene, and burnout recovery/stress management.

When I’m not with clients, you can find me on the trails hiking with my two dogs, spending time with friends and family, or curled up on the couch with a good book.
