Individual Therapy
Our team prioritizes a human and nervous system-centred approach to therapy. This means we value authentically showing up as ourselves in session, as we are humans first and therapists second. We provide a safe and collaborative space for you to freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and the patterns that keep you stuck. We are passionate about helping you develop a deeper relationship with yourself by harnessing your strengths and fostering self-compassion and emotional regulation. We utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and somatic approaches such as Parts work, Polyvagal Theory and Brainspotting.

Affirming Therapy
Our team consists of neurodivergent-affirming therapists, many who are neurodivergent themselves. We provide an accepting and inclusive space for those who identify as neurodivergent (confirmed diagnosis is not required). We understand the unique challenges that come with being neurodivergent and the expectations that we often hold ourselves to as neurodivergent individuals. Living in a world that is designed to be against you is overwhelming and exhausting. Our team is passionate about helping you connect deeper with yourself by allowing you to work with, rather than against your brain to uncover and harness your strengths.
