Hi, I’m Jenna

Fleurish Psychotherapy & Wellness - Jenna Wood

Cultivating a safe space that welcomes all emotions, thoughts, and experiences with curiosity remains my topmost priority.

As a lifelong client of therapy - committed to my healing journey - I recognize how transformative therapy can be. It truly takes courage to seek support, and there lies power in a supportive, therapeutic relationship. I have a keen interest in supporting youth and young adult women navigating anxiety and ADHD. It was during my very first year in practice that I learned of my own ADHD. This newfound understanding of my identity encouraged me to shift my focus towards this community. I firmly believe everyone is worthy of a safe space, as it gives one permission to uncover their unique strengths - I am committed to creating that space with you.

Outside the office, you can typically find me hiking with my dog Petey, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, practicing Yoga/Pilates, lifting weights, and spending quality time with my husband, friends, and family.

I believe in developing genuine and trusting relationships - built on authenticity, safety, and collaboration. Within my practice, I maintain an exploratory and experiential approach.

I view therapy and healing as an ever-evolving and self-reflective process. It is non-linear and is not governed by a "quick-fix" approach. You are not broken, therefore you do not need to be "fixed." Through a somatic approach, I will encourage you to get to know the aspects of yourself that are often hidden, pushed aside or ignored. With a greater awareness of Self, you can begin to cultivate self-compassion and lean into what it means to be authentically you.

My practice is heavily rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as nervous system-based approaches that integrate the mind and body, including Somatic Parts WorkPolyvagal Theory and BrainspottingTo learn more, visit our services page. Regardless of therapeutic modality, my approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, client-centered, and holistic.
