Hi, I’m Jenna (she/her)—it’s so nice to meet you.

Before I tell you about my work as a therapist, I’ll share a little about myself as a human. I’m a wife, a mom to a beautiful baby boy, and I identify as neurodivergent (ADHD). Motherhood has been the most humbling and transformative experience of my life—beautiful, messy, and deeply challenging all at once. I strive to embrace the duality of parenthood and the ongoing journey of self-discovery.

One of the many reasons I am passionate about my work as a therapist is witnessing firsthand how transformative therapy can be from the seat of the client. I remain committed to my personal healing journey and have personally experienced every approach I use with my clients. When I’m not with clients, you can find me cozy at home with my husband, our son, and our dog Petey. I enjoy a warm cup of coffee, reading, pilates, and getting outside for family hikes.

In the therapy space, I bring my full, human self. My lived experience with ADHD allows me to hold space with authenticity and understanding. I’m especially passionate about working with youth and young adult women navigating ADHD and anxiety. My approach is non-pathologizing and strengths-based—I work to co-create a space where clients can explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity.

I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and the ever-evolving journey of parenthood. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you through the complex, tender, and often overwhelming experience of becoming and being a parent. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that may feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure in this new season of life. We will hold all of your thoughts and emotions with compassion and curiosity, gently work through what’s feeling heavy, and help you reconnect with yourself—not just as a parent, but as a whole person.

My Approach

I believe in developing genuine and trusting relationships that are built on authenticity, safety, and collaboration. My approach is exploratory and experiential.

I view therapy and healing as an ever-evolving and self-reflective process. Healing is non-linear and is not governed by a "quick-fix" approach. You are not broken, you do not need to be “fixed”. Through a somatic approach, I will encourage you to get to know the aspects of yourself that are often hidden, pushed aside or ignored. My job is to help you hold your emotions and thoughts with compassion and curiosity. Together we will explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and with a greater awareness of Self, you can learn to speak kindly to yourself and lean into what it means to be authentically you.

My practice is heavily rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as nervous system-based approaches that integrate the mind and body, including Somatic Parts WorkPolyvagal Theory and BrainspottingRegardless of therapeutic modality, my approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, client-centred, and holistic.
